A NSCA certified personal trainer with 5 years of experiences as a PT and group fitness instructor.
Suguru has been working with NIKE (NTC associate trainer), Orangetheory (Class coach), and LES MILLS (Boxercise instructor) in the recent years and has led many successful fat loss, toning, and bodybuilding programmes.
All of PTs and Classes provided by Tudor's Team is carefully designed and overviewed by Suguru to deliver a kind of most fun, and effective fitness experiences in Tokyo.
