*You need a pair of dumbells for this session. Please ask if you're not sure which one to buy.
Join the online session 5 minutes (If it is your first time : 10 minutes) to the starting time with an invitation URL which will be provided prior to the session.
Set up your laptop or an iPhone etc : Center the camera on your hips so floor and standing exercises are in view all the time.
Don't forget to keep a water bottle and towel near you.
If there will be multiple participants at the same location, mute the mic except one device, to avoid sound problem.
